WaiterPOS hand held ordering solution is like no other system, in that, it displays the exact screen as the main P.O.S (Point of Sale) terminal. Therefore there is no need to program the tablet, this is sent from the main terminal. With this compatible software link it makes the tablet, used for table ordering, exactly the same as if you were using the main P.O.S terminal. So there’s no extra programming and no extra training for operation. Orders taken on the tablet can be assigned to a table or account. the order is automatically sent to the necessary area’s: The Main Kitchen, The Pass, Preparation or Pizza area’s etc. While the drinks would be sent to the Bar dispense, whether that may be up or down on another floor or area. Imagine been able to take many orders from the restaurant floor or outside dining area’s without having to travel with the order to the preparation stations. By the time you have taken the food order the drinks for that table will have already arrived.
